To be a Carrier dealer and have the ability to offer the complete line of Carrier products, you must adhere to the requirements below:

• Must have a place of business outside the home
• Must be licensed and insured
• Participate in a Carrier Marketing Plan (CMP)
• Advertise Carrier Exclusively
• Sell Carrier as your premium brand
• Attend Sales & Technical Training
• Have the ability to install and service Carrier equipment
• Must have a B+ or better rating with the BBB
• Must remain in good credit standing with Lohmiller & Company

• Must be licensed and insured
• Participate in a Bryant Marketing Plan (BMP)
• Advertise Bryant Exclusively
• Sell Bryant as your premium brand
• Attend Sales & Technical Training
• Have the ability to install and service Bryant equipment
• Must have a B+ or better rating with the BBB
• Must remain in good credit standing with Lohmiller & Company
